Andrew J. Bolton was born in Houston and raised in Cypress Texas. He obtained a Bachelor's degree in Spanish from Brigham Young University, and a J. D. from J. Reuben Clark School of Law. He served as an Intern for the Honorable Judge Robert Clive Jones on the 9th Circuit Bankruptcy Appellate Panel, Las Vegas, Nevada. Andrew opened his own law practice in 1993, in Tomball, Texas and was later joined by his wife, Ruby. Andrew was appointed the City Attorney for Magnolia, Texas in 1997, and appointed the City Attorney and City Prosecutor for Stagecoach, Texas, in 2003. Today, he continues in both capacities in Stagecoach, and as municipal prosecutor in Magnolia. In 2004, Andrew was a candidate for the Republican nomination for United States Representative for Texas District 2.
